franchise concepts, we have identified these nine
(9) key areas which need to be solved to
successfully launch your franchise concept.
Vision & Concept
As founder of your business, you are
the designer of the vision and business concept.
Our job is to help transfer it to others.
Brand & Image
In franchising, the national brand and image
of the franchise is crucial to establishing value
in owning the franchise concept for a prospect.
Business System
Franchisees want to be in business for
themselves, but not by themselves. They are
looking to you for a working business system they
can duplicate.
Compliance
As a franchisor, you must follow the Franchise
Rule as established by the Federal Trade
Commission and the State Regulators.
Franchise Sales
Evaluating costs, setting realistic expectations
and complying with rules are all important parts
of the franchise sales process.
Technology
If you are going to compete in the 21st Century
you must use technology to your advantage. Our
team of consultants know technology and how to
apply it to your franchise concept.
Home Office and Support
You never get a second chance to make a good first
impression. A well trained and motivated home
office and support team are a must.
